Hi, I’m Kelly, a Nutritional Therapist and nurse with over 25 years experience and a deep passion for supporting people through the ups and downs of hormonal health.

My journey into nutritional therapy was deeply personal. After years in the healthcare system, both as a nurse and a patient, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and then later began experiencing the rollercoaster that is perimenopause – mood swings, fatigue, weight changes, anxiety and insomnia that seemed to come out of nowhere. I knew there had to be more to health than just symptom management and medication. I’ve also seen first hand how imbalances in hormones can affect everything from mood and energy to digestion, skin, sleep and overall quality if life, and how frustrating it is to be told “everything looks normal” even though you don’t feel normal.

That’s when I turned to nutrition – not just as a supplement to care, but as a powerful, foundational tool for healing. I trained as a Nutritional Therapist to better understand how food, stress, sleep, and lifestyle all play a role in our hormonal picture. Now, I help people who feel unheard, exhausted, or out of balance reclaim their energy, mental clarity, and confidence.
