To keep you on track and accountable, you will have follow up appointments to check progress, challenges you may have and make necessary alterations in your plan, as well as getting ongoing support from me. The frequency and amount of follow ups required will depend of your individual need.

Functional Testing (Optional Add-On)
To help get to the root of your symptoms, I may recommend advanced functional tests from trusted medical laboratories — where appropriate.
These tests are optional and are chosen based on your individual health concerns. They may involve saliva, stool, urine, blood, or hair samples, and are designed to give us deeper insight into what’s happening inside your body.
Some commonly used tests include:
- DUTCH Test – for comprehensive hormone profiling
- GI-MAP – a detailed stool test to assess gut health, bacteria, parasites, and inflammation
- SIBO Breath Test – to detect small intestinal bacterial overgrowth
